Report Model (SQL Server 2005 sp2) deployment to sharepoint 3.0 sp1- Error: the path of the item '/DataSources/ReportServer' is not valid.

When I deploy a report model using visual studio I get the following error:

The path of the item '/DataSources/ReportServer' is not valid. The full path must be less than 260 characters long; other restrictions apply. If the report server is in native mode, the path must start with a slash.

What path is the message referring to? Where do I go change this path?

The Visual Studio being used comes with sql server 2005 sp2. The sharepoint server, database, and reporting services server are all on the same machine. The computer is not a domain controller

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

From the project menu select report model project properties

Default Target Data Source Folder: http://iishostname/Sharepointsitename/Data Sources
Default Target Model Folder: http://iishostname/Sharepointsitename/models

where Sharepoint sitename was created from the sharepoint administration window
and iishostname is the webserver name
