enable session sharing

I have 1 Citrix Presentation Server running on Win 2003. The lastest service packs and hotfixes. I Have several users logged into Citrix. The management console shows the users logged in with mulitiple session ID's I'm finding that the user can print fine in one of the session while the other says there are no printers installed. I've found the Citrix artical on editing the registry to enable session sharing but I don't have the "PRINT" KEY. I've created the "PRINT" key and then created the DWORD but nothing changed.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CITRIX\PRINT
Name: CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME
Type: REG_DWORD
Data: 0 x 040000000

Is the change to the regestry to be done on the server or the client desktops? What is the correct key that should be created?

On a second note: Is there a Microsoft Universal Print Driver that can be used on the Citrix machine when the manufacturer and citrix UPD doesn't work?

Session Sharing only works when all the applications have the same screen resolution, color depth and encryption level.
