My personal approach on this would be to backup the mailbox database and restore it to a recovery server in an isolated network.  You can then gain access to the mailbox using Outlook.  This should sort the corruption issues.

Export-Mailbox cmdlet cannot export direct to PST - I assume this is what you are trying to do?

Bare in mind that PSTs have a hard size limit imposed by Microsoft of 2GB, so you will end up with lots and lots of 2Gb mailboxes.
