Cannot get into symantec system center console after I uninstalled it off server and reloaded

We are switching to Trend Micro and I uninstalled the symantec system console and everything out of the registry and everywhere off the server and that was the primary server. Then I had forgot that I needed it to uninstall off the client machines in a batch file. So I reinstalled it on the server but now I am getting error: Can't communicate with the server group Verify network connectivity and that machines are operating within the group. I checked out other people having this issue and tried everything suggested as well what symantec suggests and even microsofts suggestion. Alls I wanted to do was to uninstall Symantec off all the clients. Trend Micro has the ability to uninstall symantec but it does not fully uninstall it still leaves files behind that you cannot delete, I think its in regards to live update and its locked from the previous console where it was set to not allow anyone to uninstall. I do not have time to uninstall off all the clients so would rather do this remotely. I know of the utility windows install cleanup but that does each individual machine. I just need to get into the client administration and can't. I have tried recreating the server, clearing the cache etc. It picks up the old settings but gives me that error as stated above.
Thanks in advance

But I want to do this remotely on 50 machines

I ran this script on my personal machine
I thought this was a silent script
Is there anyway to make this silent and reboot itself and keep running?
I had to reboot twice and log back in
I just checked and it did not delete the symantec console on my machine
file folder is still listed under program files
It prompted me to delete and I said yes to everything

hi jimmy
let me know when you have completed this
no luck...i was not able to remove it using a script in my domain. I can only do it manually (doubleclicking) i hear people are having problems scripting this tool.

let me see if i can find anything else

hi jimmy
well I did a test
the tool you suggested worked fine by leaves files
the NoNAV.exe tool deleted everything but left an empty
folder in the program files (symantec)
and that was doing these computers manually
guess now I just have to figure out how to write a script with that
NoNAV.exe to work remotely
any ideas or is there one written?
no idea on how to script this tool... i tried but i didnt get anywhere. I was doing a major maintanance task in my company which required me to have physical access to each machine and i did this while i was in front of each client. apologies but i cant get the script to work. i tried searching other forums with no luck
