How to add onmouseover event to a hotspot using imagemap

I have searched through previous solutions with the same title but the answers do not seem what i am looking for.
I have an imagemap with 2 hot spots created in it. I need show a message that is associated with the hotspot when mouse over on it.
Please see the code:
<asp:ImageMap ID="ImageMap1" runat="server" Height="100" Width="100" HotSpotMode="PostBack" >
         <asp:CircleHotSpot Target="_blank" PostBackValue="Default" Radius="10" X="50" Y="50" />
         <asp:CircleHotSpot Target="_blank" PostBackValue="Default" Radius="10" X="100" Y="1000" />
