Connected a laptop to the MSA.  Prompted with CLI>.  Trying to run, as directed by support, the following commands:
>show tech_support
>show events, etc.
Doesn't understand those commands.  How can I proceed?

The CLI reference which list all commands is here

Page 19 says that show tech_support should work, if it doesn't I would say your  machine is very broken.

Was working from a tech. support person who dictated the use of "show events".  i can see now that it should have been "show eventlog".  Thanks.
