how to turn on bluetooth devices in Laptop / HP compaq note book nx6120

You see, I am using laptop  - Hp compaq nx6120, i have installed hp driver for blue tooth named: sp32598. I am using Windows xp professional sp3

I believe it has got installed but giving me the message to turn on the blue tooth device. Can any body suggest from where to turn on blue tooth device on this HP notebook.

I am sure this notebook supports blue tooth.

Many notebooks have a switch on the notebook itself to turn on/off the wireless radios includeing bluetooth and wifi. You may have this switch turned off.

i have checked the wireless button on....But it does not work.

You should then check the device manager and ensure the proper and latest drivers for this devices is installed.
