How to restore Administrator rights?

My other administrator accounts that I created a long time ago apart from the Administrator account on the SBS 2003 server are working great.  My actual Administrator user has somehow lost privileges on its domain and I need to restore any rights that were somehow taken away.  An example would be Acronis backup not being able to use the Administrator account to do backups, but will use my account which is part of the administrators group.

I recently messed with the security policies to try and get some machines working over remote desktop that I still can't get to work.

What's the easiest way to do this?

Trying to understand your issue. What is not working with which account and doing what on which server or servers? Are this problematic administrator account a part of the domain admins group? Is all the member account in the Domain Admins group experiencing the same problem?

There is only one windows server on the domain.  The account is the main Administrator account.  It is part of Administrators, Domain Admins, Domain Users, etc.  That hasn't changed as far as I can tell.
