Common asp file: Registering msado15.dll on web server

I have a common asp file that defines several variables including connection to databases.  It also contains some functions. I used these variables in more than 15 associated asp files in my project.  In other words this common asp files is very critical to my web project.  The project functioned perfectly well on my personal web server. When I transferred the files to the web server, the project did not work.  I feel that activeX file i.e. omsado15.dll is not registered on the web server.  How to register it on the web sever.  Would transfering the file from my local system to folder on web server containing other files help?  Registering on a local system is easy through regsvr32 on command line.  How to use regsvr32 to register dll files on web server?
Can anyone help

I would re-install MDAC if I suspected that problem.

If you want to try using RegSvr32, you need to log onto the affected server (possibly using Remote Desktop) then do it the same way you would on a local system.

If you lack rights / access to log on, you'll need to get a system admin to do that for you.
