User's email being duplicated and sent multiple times to other internal users

We have an employee using Entourage while most everyone else uses Outlook 2000/2003.  We're using Exchange 2003.  This user sent a 407mb email (don't ask) to another user and he keeps getting a few copies a day for about 3 days so far.  It's not in her outbox and isn't showing up but once in her sent folder.  One other employee has said he's getting her email multiple times, but only for one day.  We can delete the email totally out of the recipient's email, but the very next day it starts again.  What could be happening?

Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

"When troubleshooting duplicate messages, note the message ID. This is critical in determining whether the original message is duplicating itself or if a client is possibly re-sending messages possibly due to a virus infection."
