I have end user that has lost 90% of the emails in one personal folder. This folder has been collecting emails for 2 years or so. How do I go about restoring that folder or his whole mailbox from 2 weeks ago when everything was there? I do run backup exec 12. But I only back up the information store. I have not changed the default settings of 30 day on the exchange store. But my deleted item is set to 0 days.
He was out of the office for about 2 weeks and then the day after his return all of those emails went a way.
