Want create a rule delete email after it's read

I'm on an exchange server and this mailbox are use by 5 or 6 users.
I have a product call Track-it, he read the email when he create the ticket.
After the email have been read I want a rule create in outlook to delete the read email.

You can set a rule to delete mail with a specific title / from a specific address etc once it has been marked as read;

It's my helpdesk mailbox the message I receive comming from many differents address.
This is the problem I have. I use a software call Track-it. He check in my helpdesk inbox each 1 minute and create the new call with all the unread email. After he create the new call, the email change for read in outlook instead of unread. I need to found a way to create a rule in Outlook sayin after my email are read move or delete it. But just after the email are read. I know it's tricky but I need to found a way to do it.
