Not sure I am picking up on your question here. Do you mean you have an internal SSL-based web site you want to publish using ISA server?

we have a website; http://mysite.mycompany.org
we are using an ISA 2006 server as a web proxy that the site goes through
when users access it they simply type http://mysite.mycompany.org
however, now we would like for them to access it using HTTPS://....
How can i enable SSL on the firewall policy on ISA to make this possible?

You need to apply for a certificate based on the site you are publishing - you can generate the request from IIS. Once you get the cert and its parent, install them both on the IIS server AND the ISA box. Then you can edit the publishing rule and change the settings from http to https (SSL) and select the certificate on ISA you have just installed. It needs to be installed using the Machine cert store, not the user or service account).
