Lotus Notes roaming user troubles

I give users the ability to roam so that they can use their Blackberry's. Every once in a while I have a user that does not get the pop up stating "Your Administrator has given you the ability to roam.... Click Yes".

Usually I can start the process over and it will correct itself. I now have a user that will not get that popup. I have made him a new mailbox and address book. I have deleted the roaming folder and recreated it through the roaming upgrade process. In his person document it says User can roam:  In progress.

Is there a way to "force" the popup dialog box to the users computer?

NOt that I know of.

Check the client version, and consider a reinstall after a full clen up.
