detecting and Uninstalling Update for Microsoft Windows (KB948609) .NET 2.0 SP2

Hi All,

I have Exchange Server 2007 SP 1 which suffer from Autodiscover problem, like the one that is posted in here:

however from Googling around it narrowed down to the .NET 2.0 SP2 Update for Microsoft Windows (KB948609).

my question is how can i uninstall that update from the server as i couldn't see it from the Add/Remove Program entry ?

any help please ?

Just checking, but in Add/remove programs have you selected "Show Updates"?

yes i did that already but somehow i couldn't see that particular KB update ?

yes please, i wonder if that KB is applicable for Windows 2003 Standard Edition Release 2 SP2 x64.

it broke my Exchange Server 2007 SP1 Autodiscovery :-|
