OraOLEDB error '80004005'

hi
i have these lines in my upload.asp page

dim ByteCount, binRead,rsp ,st,et
st = now
ByteCount = Request.TotalBytes
binRead = Request.BinaryRead(ByteCount)

Dim http
Set http = CreateObject("MSXML2.XMLHTTP")

http.Open "POST", "http://" & Application("host") & "/packupload.upl", False

when i run the page i get this error on uploading an xml file
OraOLEDB error '80004005'
no more results
/upload.asp, line 6

and i also got this error on repeating the process on the same page.
Request object error 'ASP 0104 : 80004005'

Operation not Allowed

/upload.asp, line 6

can someone tell me what is the issue and now i can debug.
