If it's past your deleted item retention and you have no backups, then you have no way to recover.  I suggest you start making backups... without them, how exactly would you recover from a corruption or disk failure or fire?

* Well i wonder whether this would help.

* If by any chance you have any .ost file from the users outlook profile ( before the email was deleted ), you could use any ost to pst converter tool to extract the emails in a pst and then try to find the email

Hopefully (not very sure) this helps (^_^)

* Well you can check in the users outlook profile and search for the ost files and check the modified dates of those files.

* So if you happen to find any of them dated before the email was deleted, you could probably use it.

By all means, check for an old OST... however, it's VERY UNLIKELY that an old one exists.  OST files are constantly used to keep the local copy of the mailbox in sync with the network copy - and there's only ONE OST file per user UNLESS there was a problem with the user's mail and the admin did something to change it.
