"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Export  the calendar as iCS file. You can directly import .iCS file in Outlook 2007 using Import\Export option located in file menu.
Export the Contacts to vc3.0 or 2.1 option and import those vcard files in Outlook 2007 using Import\Export option located in file menu.

There are really many tools that can do this, search Google on: convert lotus notes pst contacts

Unfortunately, I found no free ones...

You could try to export your contacts from Notes, from a view, using an agent. For mail, you really need a tool.

Hello pcexpress2008,

The easiest free method for migrating the mail messages is going to be to create an account on an IMAP server somewhere (Gmail or a box at home), then connect to it from Notes and push all your messages and folder structure onto it. Then you can connect to it from your new mail client, pull the messages/folders down, and transfer it wherever it needs to go.

Hope this helps!
