server 2003 "the network bridge on device VMnet0 is not running"

I am using server 2003 and I cannot connect to the server from the user computers. The error is  "the network bridge on device VMnet0 is not running". Can you tell me what I should try?

I don't want to reinstall a new wmware, just to uninstall completly from the server. Any other sugestion?
