Is there a utility to monitor bandwidth usage per ip/mac address on a windows server 2003 domain?

We have a problem with bandwidth hogs on our network. I need a tool to identify heavy bandwidth users mac addresses, so I can ban theim in our NAT device if necessary.

Thank you!

THis seems to be just for the station it is installed on. I need something that monitors the whole network.
the only way to do this would be something to monitor your nework devices.

mgrt is pretty good.

What about non-snmp devices. Something like Spiceworks?
