SQL 2005 client install on XP SP2 Fails

Below is some of the log file created when i try to install SQL 2005 client on an XP machine with SP2. Any help will be appreciated, i don't want to re-image the machine. I am also attaching the complete log file.

    as I seen from your log file ... you are facing a problem withth the ASP.NET 2.0 framework installation... Try uninstallig the framework and install it again ...

    .. and before this, make sure IIS installed (in control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> windows Components).

    Thanks a bunch, that seemed to did it. That and updating the computer with latest patches. I sound like a newbie but oh well...appreciate it.
