A migration has recently taken place from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. The domain changed also as new DC was installed.
One user is now experiencing issues with the following error when using Outlook:
Sent by Microsoft Exchange Server 2007
Diagnostic information for administrators:
Generating server: PRADA.correctdomain.net
#550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound; not found ##
The error message shows that the system is trying to use the legacy OU.
Only one user is having this issue and on both of their machines. Both machines have had new Outlook profiles installed but the issue has returned.
Any help would be appreciated.
