Get rid of bogus Office Outlook 03 AddIn msg in Vista

I receive bogus Add-In message when I start Outlook on new Vista computer. I transferred Settings from old computer where there IS a valid Add-In.
I can't see the offending program in the following path, even though I have changed View options to Show Hidden and System items. Any place in Registry to look?
I get error that the following is not a valid Office Add-In: C:\Users\rickw\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns\C:\Program Files\Chapura\FolderMirror\ConnectionStateAddIn.dll
Thanks!

I would remove the add-in from the options in Outlook.

If not there, you may need to do a registry cleanup.

I hope this helps !

I meant to include the fact that the item does not appear in the Outlook Options Add Ins or COM lists, so I can't delete that way. I need someone to tell me how/where to find the bogus entry in the Registry, I presume. Tks!
I would try to use something like CCleaner. Just do a backup in advance.

Alas, the CCleaner did not help. Any other thoughts? Tks!
