How do I import a Category to the Master Category List

I have a user that went from a Treo to an IPhone.  Orignally the user created contacts with customized categories via the Treo.  After the swap, I would like to import the Custom Categores (the user was able to view since created on the Treo) to the Master Category List.

    Hi, coffeeann.

Outlook 2007 doesn't have a master category list.  Previous versions of Outlook did, but 2007 doesn't.
