Fix packs are cumulative, therefor you only need to install the latest fix pack. (fix pack 9)<br />
<br />
The eclient fix packs should be in the same download location, or they might've combined the fix packs into one, but I doubt it.<br />

As far as I know, yes. IBM changes their site at least once every 3 weeks, so it's difficult to stay updated!
