Cisco Switch 100 or 1000BaseT with POE

I have a 3500XL that just died. What are my options for replacing it with a Cisco 48 port 100basetT or 1000baseT with POE for VOIP on all ports?

Are you running an ip telephony system currently? Are just wanting to know the model number that you should look at?
Catalyst 3560s are the standard they have the 48 port verion and can do gig and PoE. If you need to stack lets say 3 or more I would say go with the 3750 with the Stackwise cabling providing from 32 to 64 gig backbone connection. (Also lets you configure the switches if it were one switch.
For just layer two with some layer three support options the 2960 can do gig (for the 24 port) but the 48 port doesn't support PoE or Gig

No I do not yet have a VOIP System. We should be purchasing that 1st Qtr 2009.
I just don't want to waste money on a switch with no POE.

I currently have 3 2960G and two 3500XL conencting them with the Fiber Uplinks and most likely will purchase a 3560 to replace dead switch.

Is it possible to cluster or stack these three different models?

As far as Cisco "stackwise" cabling they all have to be 3750s.
Now clustering is supported with multiple switch types as long as the individual switch supports clustering. All of your switches should support it.
