vista cisco VPN client installation trouble

i got an error message said
"Error 1721. There is a problem with this windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

do you know what's wrong with it?

Hi,

I guess you are using Windows Vista. If you have correct version of VPN client software, use vpnclient_setup.exe file, this is the correct executable to run on Windows Vista.

Let me know if it works.
