Reply Crashes Outlook

I have a user with an Outlook 2007 problem.

The problem occurs when other users try to reply to a message sent from the first user. The window opens and allows you to type the reply but when you click send, it crashes Outlook.

This happens with more than one message. If you forward the message back to the user, it works just fine. These messages do not have any attachments and are not excessively long or large.

I recreated the user's OST files and ran the scanpst.exe on her personal folders. She reports that others are still having the problem and I was able to recreate the problem from my computer with the message she sent me.

Has anyone seen anything like this and can you suggest a solution?

Okay, what happens if you just re-crate the user's profile?

I'd check Outlook for any addons and disable these?
You can access these via help menu I believe, not at a computer using Outlook to check where this setting is atm.

Possibly the antivirus software is trying to scan the outgoing email and this is crashing it?
Try disabling the scanning of outgoing email if this is the case.

Should I check addons on the computer sending the message or replying?

OK, I disabled all addins one at a time and tested with the same results - crash.

I then disabled the AV with the same results.

The computer with the errors. If the other computer can send emails fine, then there's nothing wrong with the other computer.
