Hello onewaymj,

Create a new Outlook profile.  Copy the data from old account to new account.  Outlook store the data in Documents and settings folder.  In Windows XP, PST file is located in C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder.

In Windows Vista, PST file is located in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

It is a hidden file, so you have to unhide hidden files. Open Windows Explorer folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK.

Hope this helps!

Sorry.I do not understand. When you talk about an outlook profile do you mean a new email account? How do I copy the data from the old account to the new. I found the files and they are not hidden. When  I go to assign a personal folder to the new account the pst file is hidden that I want to assign. Help please.
You may call it an account.  I call it a new Outlook profile.

In the new profile, open Outlook and a new Personal Folder will be created. Drag the data from old profile location to new profile location. Do this while Outlook is closed.
