looking for MSI removal tool

I usually create msi packages and deployment to desktops . I screwed up few times and learned from it however now I want to some advice about which tools I can use inorder to maintain stable OS and Programs.  I want to know if there is any MSI Package removal tool (recommended one) that will also resolve registry issues, and also MSI package cleaner --> this can be used after I create the msi package and will clean it.

I am also interested to know what others are using.

Thanks in advance

cleaner: http://support.microsoft.com/KB/290301

But it will erase from the system only information about the package itself, but not anything the package consists of - files, registry settings and so on. To clean that, you can do this: fix whatever mistakes you have made in the package that preclude installalling; resave under different name; then re-cache it by running msiexec /fv; after that, you should be able to uninstall gracefully.

More radical solution for the future is in using for experiments virtual machine that you can reset to initial state by a click.
