What program is used to create graphics like this?

I found this site while surfing the web and I think the graphics are incredible.

I know about flash, but does anyone have an idea as to what program was used to create the graphics for this website? http://www.ciplex.com/

Is it illustrator?

Where can I find resources to learn techniques like this?

Thanks in advance.

No that doesn't help at all. Flash is not a graphic design program.

Are you referring to the flash images or the overall graphics on the website??

Sorry, I must have misunderstood.  The link above is for flash tutorials.  The images were probably designed in Lightwave 3D, World Builder, Vue d'Esprit and quite possible Adobe Photoshop.

all images. Images are images whether they are in flash or on the site.

Just so I am clear...
The entirety of the images on the whole site were probably designed in Lightwave 3D, World Builder, Vue d'Esprit and quite possibly Adobe Photoshop.
Hope this helps.

I would have to say either Photoshop or Illustrator and than the flash animation was made seperately. All of those 3-d images could very well be made with photoshop. Hope this helps!

These effects can be created in a variety of applications. The most popular are Illustrator and Photoshop. Illustrator is definately a top competetor that many people don't think about when it comes to web graphics. Check out the links below for various tutorials for both of these applications.
