Hello mzhaim,

Outlook natively does not have the ability of showing the number of emails snet by each sender.  You can count them manually.

Arrange by conversation view is threading all the emails that had with a person.  For example, when a person sends you an email, you reply to him. He replies to you.  Outlook groups those emails together so you can see all emails going back and forth.

Hope this helps!

Hallo Mzhaim!

You can group emails from 'From' field and bunch them together and also expand as well as collapse the groups.
Launch Outlook and select any message but do not open it. Click on View>Arrange By>Custom
Click 'Reset Current View' button and then 'Ok'
Click on View>Reading Pane>Off

Once this is done, sort by 'From' field and then again click on View>Expand/Collapse and choose 'Collapse All Groups'

Let us know if this doesn't help.

by default Outlook 2003 displays that. Are you able to group it but not view number of emails in each group. It will appear as Name (# Items) where # would be total number of items
