I am receiving this error message for all the computers I have in the network, and in the same time users can not connect to outlook:

1. All the client computers are members of the CERTSVC_DCOM_ACCESS security group.
2. I am using service pack 2
3. I restarted the server. Worked cople of hours, and than the same error.
Other sugestions?
