Domain Controller Down

I am unable to start any service on my domain control.  Nothing is working, Exhange, Blackberry, Symantec Endpoint, nothing, Symantec shows as not installed.   I cannot start any of the services.

first of all why are all of these items installed on your domain controller.  secondly, you're going to have to provide more details as to what error message is displayed when the services fail to start

it looks like you don't have network connectivity.  make sure your ip address is configured properly

I have network connectivity in that I configured a static IP pointing the default gateway to my router and setting DNS to my ISP's DNS.  I can access the Internet using Mozilla but Internet Explorer won't work.  I can't start the Backup Exec service, Exhange Store service, Blackberry service, no services.   I am ujnable to dcprmo.  Even the "Manage Your Server" window comes up  totally white, can't see any writing inside the window. I am hosed!!

I was able to fix the problem by booting with the original disc and performing a repair/upgrade. I wa s able to reinstall Windows 2003 Server. The  MSSQL Server is running as is Symantec Endpoint. Exchange is working and also Symantec Backup Exec.  I consider thisproblem resolved though I have no idea what cause my system to become hosed.
