System Log Error Message Event ID 0x00000457

We have moved our Data Center and have brought on-line our 2 Domain Controllers.  These two domain controllers are also our 2 DNS Servers and DHCP Servers.  We have many other servers to bring up including a front and backend Exchange pair.  I am thinking this error will go away as we settle but want to know if this is really anything to be concerned about as Google Searches seem to be all over the place or perhaps my brain if fried after two 30 hour days!!

This issue has been resolved.  Sorry.  I thought that I had closed this.  It is after the corporate office move and I am just now starting to feel a bit towards the normal side.  Thanks for all the imput and the issue resolved itself after all the servers came up.
