Connect to Internet Wizard Firewall Error - 500pts!

I've been having issues with allowing RWW (i think the cause is ISA) but i was trying to tweak it to allow (RWW, SSL) but still no luck. Despite the logs I really didnt modify or remove any rules from ISA..just added my own then removed them when i had this problem.

I just noticed now when I run the "Connect to Internet" wizard...If i check off "Do not change firewall config" the wizard runs thru everything just fine. If I check off "Enable Firewall" and the only web apps i happen to have enabled are OWA and RWW...thats when the Wizard fails. Any idea why?? I obviously still have no OWA or RWW access

I'm not sure if i caused something in ISA to not allow the wizard to configure it or what? I know SBS is a Wizard based OS so thats why i bought it up.

After you deleted the rule, did you clik apply?
Make an insignificant change to ISA, for example enable a rule that is not enable, or disable a rule that will not affect the network.
Then reverse your changes by enable or disable what ever you did, then apply it again.
then run the wizard like you suppose to.

yes i always hit apply after a modification. I removed all i did....hit apply and even went as far as restarting the server (after the error first appeared).

Im in the middle of doing an "ISA repair"...if that doesnt work maybe i'll remove ISA all together and see what happens...cause like i said there was nothing modified in there so it should be an easy reinstall....but then again nothing from Microsoft ever goes the way its planned!

Check and see if you have any services that didn't start.
Restart IIS.
Is RWW the only site that is not working?
Is companyweb working?
Does the SBS website works?
