Image map rollover CSS

Hi,

I'm trying to create an image map rollover using CSS. The pages I have googled don't seem to be exactly what I'm looking for. I basically just want to create a map over an image and have it change that looks the same with the same dimensions, but the border on the rollover image is darker.

Here is a sample page with one standard HTML image map on it: http://www.qecomm.com/rollover.html.

The image map is the correct dimensions for the top left image. Here is the image I want it to change to: http://www.qecomm.com/TL.jpg. The image would change when you hover over the corresponding image map. Looking for something that will work for IE6 and above.

What's the best way to do this using CSS?

Any help would be much appreciated.
