"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The client configuration looks good.

1. Make sure the kiwi service on PC1 is running. Since you're using UDP, there is no response from the server you're sending the message to, so the client won't report any errors if the message isn't delivered.
2. Make sure your firewall rules on PC1 will allow inbound UDP connections to port 514.
3. The one I hesitate to ask, but are there new events being written to the security log?
