I'm using a 3com PCMCIA card in my dell latitude D820 laptop with the latest drivers.  All works fine until I install VMWare Player, after that my wireless card will not connect to any networks with encription.  I haven't tried it with any unsecure networks.

    Accepted Solution

Fixed - it was a matter of un-installing both the VPN client and the drivers for the 3Com card.  Then re-install VMWare player, 3Com drivers and then the VPM client.
