I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hallo!

Have you installed some new software into your computer resulting this to cause such issue?
Try disabling or removing an Addin from the Outlook and see if the problem persists.

It definitely seems to be an issue with 'Netsatifaxtion'.
Try repairing Outlook or reinstall Outlook.
Else uninstall Netsatifaxtion software (If thats installed onto the client machine)

That's just a work around mate; however if you could post a question into the application domain then might get a resolution to fix the issue.

Cheers!
