Can AJAX Extension 1.0 work with .net framework 3.5, 3.0 & 2.0 on same machine ??

I have .net framework 2.0 & ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX Extensions 1.0  installed on my local machine. The UpdatePanel in my ASP.NET 2.0 web-application works fine on my local machine.
But, when i put my website on the server, no ajax component works. An 'Sys is Undefined' javascript error comes. On the server, .net frameworks 3.5 SP1, 3.0 SP2 & 2.0 SP2 as well as ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX Extensions 1.0 are installed. I can't un-install any of the higher framework.
Any help about running ajax on this server in my ASP.NET 2.0 website will be highly appreciable..
Thanks in advance .....

Make sure the ajax dll is present in the bin directory of your website on the server.
