Playing a wav file on multiple outputs (soundcards)
I need to be able to play a wav file over two sources i.e two soundcards that are installed on a single PC. I can get a list of devices on the system but cannot find anyway of playing the wav file to a specific device. Any ideas ?

There is no way (XP or Vista) to change the playback (output) device.
As far as i know this cant be changed on a per-application basis.
Do you use sndPlaySound to play the mp3's? Try to use DirectX.
