Hello,

We have a problem with SBS 2008 Remote Web Workplace.

When we navigate to https://mail.company.com/remote and try to log in, We get to the first screen where we can select "Check email", "Connect to Computer" or "Internal Website" and can connect to the web email fine but when we try to connect to a computer we are continuously prompted for login details, even when we enter correct details.

No account details work.

Tried running the Internet and Email wizard but that didnt fix it.

Ports 80, 443, 3389, 4125 are fowarded to the server.

Any ideas?
Thanks

To help others out he is the issue and resolution... please see the official Windows Small Business Server 2008 Release Documentation's section titled "Authentication issues with Outlook Anywhere and Terminal Services Gateway (TS Gateway)"

Specifically, the issue here is that the Windows & Basic Authentication types aren't enabled in the \SBS Web Applications\Rpc subweb.  Enabling these both will allow you to pass the authentication dialog and log into the PC/server
