How can I view thumbnail alt text in browsers such as Safari, Firefox and Opera.<br />
A website I've designed shows titles of images in Internet Explorer as Hover Tooltips.<br />
Surely there's a preference which can be turned on or off so the same can be done in the above mentioned browsers.<br />
