SQL Server 2000 latest sp and hotfix issues

A security scan reported my sql 2000 server did not have the latest sp and hot fix applied.  It showed vulnerability details:  Database version=8.00.2039, Latest Hotfix=8.00.2271.  I applied sp 4 per http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/sql/2000/downloads/default.mspx;  and looked at the audit reference http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=946584.  I had a post audit scan run and it still tells me I have vulnerablitity details Database Version=8.00.818, Patched Version=8.00.2271.

I've looked at the MS site and am confused as to what I need to apply to get to the latest hotfixes.  All the numbers show less than the version I show.  I would appreciate help in checking what versions I have and understanding what I need to apply to be at the latest patches.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

When I run on the server:
SELECT  SERVERPROPERTY('productversion'), SERVERPROPERTY ('productlevel'), SERVERPROPERTY ('edition')
I get:
8.00.2187, SP4, Standard Edition

so where do I find it?  According to the documentation I was sent with the audit, the latest service pack for SQL Sever 2000 is sp4 _ Q946584 Hotfix (version 8.00.2271).  But when I look on the MS website, I can't find where you can download that hotfix.
