I'm looking for a function that will return just work days (M-F) from a date range.  I would pass it a begining date and an end date and it would return a count of work days.  I need this for a VBA function that I am writing to find out how close people are when they estimate a project length.  I do have Total Visual Sourcebook but haven't used it yet (in case they have it).

Thanks.  Your function is short and sweet and worked right out of the box.  I also liked the fact that it can count holidays also.
