Microsoft, CRM, 4.0, Global toolbar changes

If you see the attached image, there are some buttons that i would like to change (actually remove) and for the life of me, i cannot find where to do so.

I'm sure its just something simple i am overlooking. Any ideas?

If you are referring to the buttons like Test, Web Only and Both, these buttons are located in the ISV.Config file which you need to export, edit and then re-import using the CRM customisatoin tools. If you are not using any ISV configurations you can turn these all off by going to Settings -> Administration -> System Settings and then under the Customization tab removing the options under the Custom Menu's and Toolbars section.

Are ISV customizations different from entity customizations?

Yes, they are basically links to external applications or websites (predominantly). All entity and form type customisations that you do will show up as long as you have published them, regardless of whether ISV customisations are enabled.

Fantastic, I will test tomorrow morning and award points assuming everything works.
