I am trying to install the web version of Blackberry Administration Service Installation and I keep getting the above error.  I have SQL Server software loaded on my laptop but it is still not working.  I have an option of using two different servers - with one SQLExpress, it says it can't connect and with MSSQLSERVER, I get the Test database error.  Please help, this is so frustrating!!!

Look into the install log that should be in the default log directory for BES. It should have more information on why it was failing.

I looked in the logs and this was the message, it makes no sense to me at all.
Terminating because of connection failure.  Connect string: DR*

It looks like your SQL permissions are not working correctly. Ensure that your SQL database permissions are correct.
