The calendar icon is not working.  I did not see a solution in the previous case.  Please help.
I am running CRS XI R2 Service Pack 4.

When you say it doesn't work, what do you mean?

I have times where the calendar shows but it is not on top and I have to click in the Windoews ToolBar to see it.

No there is an error on the page.  Javascript:doNothing()
I have the same problem. Calendar works in inforview as well as in designer but not in CMC. I am running Business Objects XI R2 server with no SP.

both
Are you the admin in the cmc? I wonder if the calendar feature hasnt been disabled by doing an denied grant option. THis would gray out both areas.

I am using Crystal Report Server verison 11.5.10.1275 and Crystal Reports version 11.5.0.31327.  I am not sure if this information helps.
I would check under the manage section. I have BOE XIR3.0 so the settings are different. If you cant find anything under the manage section, I would then look at the rights assigned to the calendar function, by going into it and going to the tab called rights.

Actually it is not working in Crystal Reports too
I have BOE XIR2.0. I dont see the enabling or disabling of calendar in manage setting or in calendar rights. This is strange.

Attached is an error that I am receiving when I click on the calendar icon.
Crystal-Report-Error.doc
did you recently install this or apply a patch. This almost looks like it is missing the calendar set up all together.

I reinstalled with the download I got off BOSAP web site.  It has the prompting folder with the calendar info
so is the problem resolved? If not you may need to back out the last install and see if that corrects it. There is something in that patch that is hosing it up (yes, that is a technical term).

Which Temp folder?
Avatar of lovelll

ASKER

The Temp folder of the server where Crystal Report Server is installed.  C:\Temp.  I was receiving an error about prompting. Look at the previous post with the attachement.  You will see the path (that Temp folder).
