Screen saver with **custom** password

I need to enable a screensaver which requires the use of a password to unlock the workstation.  No problem.  EXCEPT that I do not want to have the "unlock" password be the users Windows password... I want to set ALL users to the SAME screen saver password.  (Please don't get hung up on WHY I need this).
Is there a way of using the standard Win2k screen saver but set a custom password?  If possible, I'd like to deploy this through group policy...
